标题[滑鼠] 被RAZER官网阴了(取消订购请小心)

小弟周日凌晨0时左右,在官网订购了一支,Razer Orochi。
後来发现可能没有内建记忆体,不能把巨集带着走,当下在一个小时内,就循RAZER官网
问答支援,点击网页前往「取消订单」的地方,结果只有留下一个没有权限处理订单的信
箱

今早亚太客服来信如下(意思大概就是他们不是处理单位,Orz..):

我刚一看到信件马上向上方EMAIL官网申请取消订单,不到3分钟就被打枪回来了!
跟林爸(请原谅我怎的很愤怒)说他们出货很快不能退货了。
你留下一个不能即时取消订单的信箱网址,再跟用户说,你取消太晚,我们出货了!
真的很生气。

We apologize for the inconvenience but your request to process an order
cancellation was unsuccessful as the order has already been processed, even
if it has not shipped yet. Our warehouse works really fast. This is an
awesome feat but in your case it is not.
You will receive a tracking information separately so you can monitor and
refuse the package when it arrives.
If you are not able to reject the package and would still like to return the
item/s, please reply to this e-mail with your product serial number/s and we
can provide return instructions. The postage fee will be shouldered by you.
Please do not manually return the package without an RMA number, it will be
rejected and returned to you.
For the mean time, please review our Returns Policy for more helpful
information.

我查出雷蛇台湾登记「官网的代理商」是:美商亚太数位潮流科技有限公司台湾分公司

RAZER台湾网购也应该要依消保法规定7天无条件退货!但我没时间跟他们搞这
些了,这家台湾分公司只有地址跟联络电话,不想浪费电话费联络怎处理退货
了。

我刚又研究一下,是收货後要退回才要付运费。
请问上面写的内容是指我可以拒收吗?(英文不太好,恳请善心人士帮我解读一下)
