During yesterday's match, Federico Chiesa felt a blunt trauma sprain to
his left knee.
昨天的比赛中Chiesa感到左膝扭伤的钝痛。
The diagnostic tests performed this morning at J|Medical revealed an
injury of the anterior cruciate ligament.
今日上午在J|Medical进行的诊断显示前十字韧带(ACL)受伤。
It will be necessary for the player to undergo surgery in the next few
days.
这位球员必须在接下来几天动手术。

官网没写多严重，但需要动手术的前十字韧带受伤恐怕都不乐观。
多久才能归队这个问题，手术後会比较明确。
至於手术之後Chiesa的状态就......
事後来看在被Smalling撞翻之後不该让Chiesa再回到场上的。
