Defender who has been playing club football in Europe in recent seasons.
First donned his nation’s colours at the 1999 FIFA World Youth Championship.
He has also represented Japan at the 2000 Olympics, the 2002 FIFA World Cup,
the 2004 Asian Nations Cup, and the last three editions of the FIFA Confede-
rations Cup. Spent little over a year at French side Marseille before moving
to Swiss outfit FC Basel in January 2006. Nakata’s ultimate dream would be
to lift the FIFA World Cup on his 27th birthday.
同时能胜任中场和後场的中田浩二在最近几个赛季都呆在欧洲征战。第一次代表日本
出赛是 1999 年世界青年锦标赛。同时也代表日本出征 2000 雪梨奥运、2002 世界盃
