标题[问题] flat rate/free shipping

各位好，我在某购物网站上看到
运费: For a limited period:
Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders over ￡150 (or US$ or €)",
(订单超过英镑美金欧元150，全球免运)
关税: 表示使用 DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)(关税已包含)
查过DPP意义:"卖方於进口指定地点将货物交付买方。
卖方须负担办理进口报关手续、支付关税，并负担将货物交付买方为止"
需要的物品约为￡450 但最後结算时网页显示:
450 (物品金额)
52 (关税)
25 (运费)

写信去问该网站客服他们说

(我的理解:所有订单不论金额尺寸我们都收取flat rate)

meaning you will not be requested to pay anything further when your order
arrives in the country of delivery. This speeds up the process of clearance

(我的理解:为了加速报关etc, 您下单时我们先收取关税，清单页列给您)
问题1: 网页标明免运但依然收取flat rate? 是我理解有误吗?
(已经再次去信问，但客服还没回)
问题2: 既然是DDP交货条件，为何还额外收取关税呢?
(Farfetch 也是DDP)
