标题[问题] 法国La Redoute瑕疵退货

10月底买了床单外罩跟同系列2个枕头套
收到时不但颜色跟网站上照片差异甚大,像是洗过大褪色
仔细一看还发现枕头套有一不明污渍.
用生涩的英文信件往来後, 客服回信:若我想保留商品折给我 5€
才 5€... 枕套一组 20€,同套的床罩 84€
第一次在la redoute买价格不便宜的东西~ 竟如此失败!
毕竟生产脏枕头套的厂商, 我也不想用同家的床单.
是否有网友有相关经验能提供.... 先感谢!
我希望la redoute能负责DHL退回运费呀 .... Orz 只能依赖google法文翻译,好想死!
再也不敢在la redoute 买单价超过 10€的物品了.
