标题[问题] 在美国ebay买东西後收到这样的信...

小弟最近也是第一次在美国ebay买东西
前天下标
隔天ebay就有信来说东西已经寄出，也有货号供查询
但是就在同时我也收到「另外一个」曾经跟他买过的买家寄来的信...

hello i bought from this guy a drum kit on thursday he send the
tracking# but no item on the system he said he delivered on friday i
call ups they don't have nothing beware beware do not replys to
emails i hope u get ur stuff

所以有几个问题想问大家：
1. 「... but no item on the system 」这句的意思是说卖家给他的货号，但他在邮件\
网站上查不到的意思吗？
2. 有没有人有收过类似的信啊？
3. 我在美国邮政的网站上查到货运的状态是「Electronic Shipping Info Received」，这是不是代表说货运公司已经通知卖家可以出货，但是卖家还没寄？那正常来讲到台湾应该要多久呢？
