标题[问题] 急问 PAYPAL帐号被锁 2

27号的时候有上来问版友
我刚开始使用的新PAYPAL帐号 才收款第三次就被锁了
我在28号的时候就将paypal要求我的资料给fax过去
我传真了护照.帐单地址.信用卡与身分证资料
今天又收到paypal寄来的通知
他们说之前收到的资料无法让我解除限制
要求我提供更进一步的资料
- Fax a copy of your driver's license/passport. Please make the copy of
this as large and as light as possible.
- Fax Tracking information for the last three payments received into
your
PayPal account.
- Fax copies of the original bills of sale or invoices referencing the
items you are selling along with the name and telephone number of your
supplier(s) for the following transactions: 7DF42454LW641074K,
2UW41578UW840061B and 111640657K418564M
请问第一项 他是要我传真驾照或护照择一 还是两样都要?
请问第二项 是要我提供那三个收款(他们认为我有出售商品)的tracking number吗
请问第三项 这项该怎麽办才好 因是我是买paypal balance 并没有出售商品
自然也没有那三个交易"物品"的原始帐单
如果这次我无法提供完整的证明资料 导致paypal不解除我被锁定的帐号
请问帐号内的钱会就此被冻结吗? 日後再也无法拿回吗?
