标题[问题] paypal寄来的信?!

因为时常看到有人说会有诈骗集团冒充PAYPAL发信
所以我一直没很注意以下这封信 不过他寄给我满多次了
刚开始几封我不理他 帐号都还可以用 不过最近真的被锁住了
我想请问板上大家~ 有人知道什麽原因会造成这样的情形吗
使我必须重新认证 超麻烦 还要传真到美国
我有满多帐号 只有这个出现这个问题 orz
