标题[问题] I130 approved，境外 CP 转境内 AOS

大家好，本人 2022 年拿到美国公民，目前在帮家母申请美国绿卡。
之前原本打算走境外 CP，所以申请 I130 时选了 CP。今年 7 月 11 日收到 NVC 通知
说 "The Department of State's National Visa Center (NVC) received your
approved I-130..."。今年 7 月 26 日家母用 ESTA 入境美国，目前想将家母改为境内
AOS。想确认一下我的认知：
（１）I-824 只有境内 AOS 转境外 CP 需提交，境外 CP 转境内 AOS 直接提交 I485 即
可。对吗？
（２）I485 提交时间应在家母用 ESTA 入境美国日起６０天後９０天前。对吗？目前打
算今年 9 月 30 日那天提交 I485。
（３）I485 提交後，即使我没有主动通知 NVC 我想转成境内 AOS，应该也是可以的。对
吗？
（４）I485 提交後，如果我要主动通知 NVC 我想转成境内 AOS，是透过以下这个连结吗
