标题[问题] N400转公民前在同个移民局辖区内搬家

大家好，想问个交N400表格之前搬家的事情，
我的永居身分在下周满4年9个月，
但我发现有个搬家後3个月才能交N400表格的限制?
我是在4月初搬家，不同Zip code，车程约10分钟，
透过移民局的Field Office Locator确认是同一个移民局辖区，
请问这样的情形，我仍然可以在下周一交N400，还是必须要等到7月初?
有读到instructions，但还是想确认一下XD
A. Three-Month Residency Requirement (in State or Service District)
In general, an applicant for naturalization must file his or her application
for naturalization with the state or service district that has jurisdiction
over his or her place of residence. The applicant must have resided in that
location for at least three months prior to filing.
