标题[问题] I-693 Expiration date

大家好 想问一下现在USCIS网站上能下载的I-693版本是3/31/2025过期
https://www.uscis.gov/i-693
但是网站上又同时写了
"ALERT: Effective April 4, 2024, any Form I-693 that was properly completed
and signed by a civil surgeon on or after Nov. 1, 2023, does not expire. You
can use it indefinitely as evidence that you are not inadmissible on
health-related grounds."
所以现行版本如果最近去找医生签究竟会不会过期呢?
我已经确定会到四月初才能丢I-693(和I-485一起)
在三月想先把I-693准备好 但又看到表格顶部的expiration date不知道该不该等...
