2016/07/21 I-140/I-485 Filed (PP)
2016/08/02 I-140 Approved
2016/08/16 Biometrics Completed
2017/05/02 1st Service Request submitted via InfoPass
2017/05/24 2nd Service Request submitted by attorney
2017/06/14 I-485 Approved. Card Production
2017/06/22 Card Received

五月底时因I-485 pending超过NSC processing time加上七月可能会retrogression发文
因版大建议 申请了当时最早能预约的Infopass 6/14
巧合的是今早七点多正在USCIS排队领号码牌时
收到USCIS email通知I-485核准 XD
从HR核准开始到PERM file拖一年多 一来是因为预期公司政策改变
本来非工程师只能file EB3 但2015下半年非工程师职位也有机会file EB2
所以故意想拖到可以申请EB2
二来是因为我懒......
为了找上述key dates登入律师事务所的系统时
才发现他们5/24也有submit service request
我想可能是这个service request起作用吧
正好公司小道消息是本周五会裁员 所以今天的approval来的正是时候 :D
关於出生证明
我的是2012年为了其他原因申请的全户英文户籍誊本 注记空白

我之前也听律师说说I485大概4个月就可能核准
但後来发现似乎一方面看运气
(比如trackitt上同是NSC EB2 最近I485 Approved的案例有人2017/2 file I485现已核准
也有2016/6或7月的申请人仍无消息 尽管NSC现在该处理到2016/9/2的case)
一方面去年七月可能因为预期retrogression可能同时期送件人很多
