标题请教一个DV2014的问题

八月的cut off 号码是12700，我的号码是98xx, 还没收到确认信，页面也没有更新，今天问了AIT，他回答Our records indicate we have no record of receipt of your DV case file from the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC).（惊吓中），我去年有问过KCC,也确认收到我所有文件及等待embassy for future visa processing, 请问是不是号码排到了，KCC才会传递资料及安排面试时间给AIT? 因为从AIT的回答也提到The Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) manages the Diversity Immigrant Visa Lottery program, which includes initial entry, selection,
scheduling interviews, and responding to DV inquiries from applicants and posts. No action can be taken at this office until we are in receipt of your DV case file from KCC.已经写信给KCC, 先谢谢各位的回答！
