The transfer will be completed upon the opening of the January transfer window. The 18-year-old full-back graduated through the ranks at Ninian Park and made his First Team debut in August of last year a month after his 17th birthday. He has since clocked up 33 appearances for the Championship club, while he has won three full international caps.
