Jol back in for West Brom's Davies
Martin Jol has made an improved offer for West Brom defender Curtis Davies.
Jol has been chasing the young Englishman for months, but the Championship
side believe Davies is worth around 10 million.
Recently Davies had a transfer request turned down by manager Tony Mowbray.
Tottenham's latest offer is 4 million plus winger Wayne Routledge.
Jol may now cool his interest in Davies, if this bid isn't accepted, as this
morning Younes Kaboul signed from Auxerre.
