Jusine was in Antwerp this afternoon, beside Kim Clijsters, Els Callens and
Laurence Courtois to take the Fed Cup trophym won 10 years ago in Madrid.
Our Champion, very touched, had a standing ovation by the 10,000 spectators
in Antwerp. She also said a few words:
"I'm very happy to be here, even if I
would have preferred being in other dress... The last weeks were very diff-
icult. I want to thank everybody for the support I received. Even if it's hard,
I'll try to keep in mind all the positive. It's a nice gratitude to receive
here the Fed Cup trophy. That remminds me nice memories... Thanks to all of
you for your trust and your love... "
JU出席上周末联邦盃比利时对美国赛事，与她2001年联邦盃时的战友领取奖盃。
这是她宣布退休後首度公开场合的出席与谈话。
在这里她接受现场万名安特卫普观众的起立欢迎。她致词时说：「我很高兴能来到这里，
即使我比较希望穿上另一件服装(指联邦盃赛服)。过去几周真的很难熬，我想感谢所有人
给予我的支持。即使这很困难，但我会正向的面对、记在心里。很感谢能在这里收到联邦
盃奖盃，这让我记起很好的回忆... 感谢所有人给予我的信任与关爱... 」

查了一下2001年的联邦盃赛制，跟今日不太一样，还蛮特别的~

当时由2000年准决赛四国
美国[冠]、西班牙[亚]、捷克与比利时[四强]直接进入世界组
其余12国进行两轮比赛，另外四国
(法国、阿根廷、俄罗斯、澳洲)组成世界组名单
但後来发生
911事件，美国因为安全考量而退赛，改由次轮落败国中排名最高的
德国递补。
2001年11月7-11日，世界组赛事在西班牙马德里红土场地进行，八国分两组取冠军进决赛
比利时与西班牙、德国、澳洲同组，三战九点全胜进入决赛
(当时采两单一双赛制)
决赛对上俄罗斯，由Henin击败Petrova、Kim击败Dementieva，两胜一负(双打)获得胜利。
