Noon PDT/19:00 GMT on Nov 1 是台湾时间的 11/2 3am
但是刚刚到台湾时间的早上11点左右 (server time 是19:00 PDT) 才出现
有 new build 要重登游戏的系统讯息
现在 Lion's Arch 大致上恢复了，我的角色本来在 clock tower 也被传出来了
不过，原来的狮子雕像还是没有回来，现在变成 Mad King 站在上面，
但是他不玩游戏也不讲冷笑话了
附上 11/1 (PDT)的更新说明
Halloween has come and gone. You put Mad King Thorn back in his place with as
much skill and enthusiasm as we’d hoped. We on the Halloween Team would like
to thank you for participating with such gusto. It did our hearts good to
know so many of you were enjoying the pumpkins of our labors (so to speak).

万圣节来了又结束了。你们像我们希望地那样有技巧且热诚地把Mad King Thorn送回他

Unfortunately, Hurricane Sandy has made these past few days very hard for
some of our players on the east coast of the United States. We would like to
extend our condolences to all those affected by the storm. We recognize that
because of power failures and the general situation, many players have been
unable to meet Mad King Thorn in Lion’s Arch. One of the fake Mad King Thorn
actors has decided to stick around until 11/15 to ensure that those who couldn
’t play due to the storms still receive the “Attend the Party”
achievement. If you missed the final event, you will be able to speak to him
at the Grand Piazza in Lion’s Arch and receive both your achievement and a
Halloween hat.
不幸地，飓风Sandy在过去的几天里让一些住在美国东岸的玩家很不好受，我们在此向
受到影响的人们表达我们的慰问。我们注意到因为停电和整体天气的状况，许多玩家
无法到Lion's Arch 和 Mad King Thorn 见面，因此其中一个装扮成 Mad King Thorn
的演员决定留下来到 11/15 ，以确保那些之前因为暴风雨而无法参加宴会的人，仍然可
以得到 "Attend the Party" 的成就。如果你之前错过了最後的事件，你可以在广场上
和他说话，以得到你的成就和万圣节帽子。
The Mad King is gone, and he has taken his chest with him. The Mad King Chest
can no longer be created.
Mad King 离开了，带着他的宝箱一起离开了，因此，Mad King Chest 也不能制造了。
