请问45题的(a)(h)(f)
(a)追踪cach....不太理解这和hit time有什麽相关
（h)爬文後关於可以reduce penalty这点已经理解了，但还是不懂为何能够reduce miss
rate
(f)prefetching，我的理解是事先抓取要的资料，如果抓中应该是reduce miss rate，但
这和penalty有关系吗？
麻烦各位了…
