标题[学业] Spring or Summer?

I am really sorry. I cannot type Chinese. But I really need
some comments. Please Help Me! (I only can do copy and paste...)

I don't know is it good for me to take class during spring and summer?
Or I do not need both. (I am studying in the U.S.)
In spring term, there will be one good teacher in my field.
But I paid for a trip during spring. If I do not go, I will lost 8000NTD.
In summer, the teacher will not teach, but there is a class outside my
field I want to take.
Or the third choice is I do not need taking any class during the vacation.
I can study by myself.
Please give me advise. Thank you.
