E是重新摘要 与法官的判决不太有关 第二种是从第二个空格来看 nullified 使无效 >> 书记官有这种权限吗? overemphasized 过度强调 defined 定义 >> 书记官有这种权限吗? 而且 句子前半段说书记官fail to see...merely 表示写这段文字的人认为法官"没做什麽了不起的事情" 却被书记官误认为"做了了不起的事情" 也就是书记官"夸大 过度强调"了法官的成就 --
