各位同学好！
最近在助教时间当中有一道GWD数学题目同学经常拿来提问，
以下分享解题思路供同学参考。

A set of numbers has the property that for any number t in the set, t + 2 is
in the set. If –1 is in the set, which of the following must also be in the
set?
I. -3
II. 1
III. 5
A. I only
B. II only
C. I and II only
D. II and III only
E. I, II, and III
[解]t在集合里，(t+2)也在集合里，数列只能够向後推，
亦即，当1在集合里，则3也在集合里(後推)，
但是无法推论-1也在集合里(前推)。
["t在集合里"是因(前提)，"t+2也在集合里"是果，不可倒果为因]
当t=-1时，则1(=-1+2)在集合里；
当t=1时，则3(=1+2)在集合里；
当t=3时，则5(=3+2)在集合里，
故II与III符合，选D。
