3.一个地区的人均ＸＸ是用ＸＸ的总量除以总人口。已经某地区的ＸＸ总量，rounded
to the nearest 1,000,000,000 is 43,000,000,000, while the population of this
area, when rounded to the nearest 1,000,000 is 860,000,000. Is 人均ＸＸ
within $5 of $500 in this area?
大陆人说 :
43,000,000,000可以是大於等於42500，000，000小於43500,000,000之间的数近似出来的
；同理860,000,000也是大於等於855,000,000小於865,000,000
我的算法:
rounded to the nearest 1,000,000,000 应该是某数
前後加减500,000,000
所以43,000,000,000可以是大於等於42,500，000，000小於43,500,000,000之间的数
可是!!同理
rounded to the nearest 1,000,000 is 860,000,000
所以应该是860,000,000
"前後加减 500,000"
所以我球出
860,000,000以是大於等於859,500，000小於860,500,000之间的数
跟大陆人解的不一样也!!!
有人跟我想的是一样的吗??
後天就要考了 急阿~~~~~
