标题[问题] 有人可以解释一下这一句话吗

这句话的文法结构为何? 用两个逗点隔开的这个介词+名词 到底是修饰什麽?
句意是他每买一件原价就买一件半价
只是我很想把他翻译成他每一件都买原价 同时他也买了一件半价(总共只买一件)
