标题Re: [请益] TD要求Foreign tax identifying number?

我今天也收到这封信了，刚刚致电TDA客服询问，
他说台湾蛮多人来电询问...
其实还蛮简单处理的，只是个制式的表格回填。
客服要我们把"Foreign Tax ID Number"表格列印出来，
把表格内的基本资料如account number，姓名资料填写後，
最重要的就是以下栏位：
1. TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER：
这个栏位不用填，因为我们没有
2. REASONABLE EXPLANATION：
勾选第一个项目：I am not legally required to obtain a TIN in my
jurisiction of tax residence.
填写好此份文件後，拍照或扫描以mail回寄给TDA就可以了！
