we make a MC named "cir", then we take it to be an instance named "cc".
In frame1, follows are simple function as your wanted.
rotspeed=getProperty("cc",_x)-_xmouse; //设定变数rotspeed
if(rotspeed>=50){
rotspeed==50;
}
if(rotspeed<=-50){
rotspeed==-50;
} //设定变数范围
a=rotspeed*0.1+a; //设定变数a之值
