标题[新闻] Puyol将赴巴西参与大力神杯交接

FIFA have selected Carles Puyol, who played for Barcelona and Spain up until
this season, to hand back the World Cup trophy in the ceremony before to the
final which will be played on 13th July in Rio de Janeiro.
FIFA选择Puyol作为大力神杯交接仪式的西班牙代表。
Puyol scored the decisive goal for Spain in the semi-finals against Germany
to put 'La Roja' through to the final against Holland, which was played at
Johannesburg's Soccer City.
四年前Puyol在西德之战射入关键一球，西班牙得以挺进决赛，对上荷兰。
Puyol announced that he was retiring from his playing career a few months ago
and that he will start work in September as part of Barcelona's sports
management. He will pick up the baton from Fabio Cannavaro, who performed the
duty in representation of the world champions, Italy, in the ceremonies for
the South Africa World Cup.
几个月前宣布退休的Puyol九月会开始巴萨的管理工作。他会带着从Fabio Cannavaro那里
接过来的大力神杯参与交接工作。
