Gregory Polanco will be promoted on Friday
According to Tim Williams of PiratesProspects.com, the Bucs will promote top
outfield prospect Gregory Polanco before Friday's series-opener against the
Brewers.
FOX Sports' Ken Rosenthal confirmed the news. Polanco has been a monster this
season at Triple-A Indianapolis, sporting a .351/.410/.547 batting line with
six home runs, 47 RBI, and 14 stolen bases in 57 games. He should be a huge
boost to the Pirates' lineup and needs to be owned in all standard mixed
fantasy leagues.
