1.(这一部分要特别感谢ptt的BeautySalon版友,尤其是得知这个网站 http://www.worldlingo.com/zh_tw/microsoft/computer_translation.html?) 一般推荐购买的商品蛮多的,例如各大欧系名牌和专柜货,以及厨具 (德国的商品从洗碗机到local洗面乳品质都很好), "德国世家"这个牌子的保养品在台湾比较贵, 在德国买虽然便宜,但是不适合台湾气候, 而且如果产品价位不高的话,价差会非常小,可以直接在台湾买 因为它适用於德国非常乾冷的环境(有些产品连在德国擦也太油了~) 在台湾用来擦脸容易不适,不过它可以用於过敏型皮肤; 因为我住北美所以也买了,尤其它在美国买也比在德国贵 德国的药局公用标志是一个红色的大A字,药局非常普遍,小巷里都有 但是存货量和价钱都不一,因为它们不是加盟系统 (例如:百货公司里面的比较贵,学校里的比较便宜)所以最好多找几家问 在其中可以买到德国世家,欧舒丹等在台湾买较贵的牌子, 但是它们价钱本来就蛮高的,所以我也没有买很多 德国除疤凝胶,RegiVital我也买了 (很多店没有,要先订货等几天),但是要7块多欧元 (很大一条,现在觉得好像会擦不完..) 比之前版友说的要贵,说不定在台湾买也差不多 (维他命c或其他成份)发泡锭很便宜(一条不到1欧元), 当地德国朋友说他们是拿来感冒时泡来喝的, 有点像浓缩的舒跑粉压成锭,口味很多种 味道不错而且一锭可以冲一大壶,对鼓励多喝水很有帮助 还有小甘菊牌也很有名,不过我没买 -------- 另外类似屈臣式的连锁店dm (商标就是dm,没有药局那麽普遍,但是商业区都有, 而且它有网站可查分店位址和产品图片说明) http://www.dm-drogeriemarkt.de 有很多local开架式商品的品质都相当好,而且物美价廉 在版友推荐下我买了alverde这个牌子的 眼霜(3.25欧元,真的很便宜,)四条+各种脸霜+ 芦荟洗面乳(很好用~洗完很舒服不乾涩)~就这样凑到25欧元 =>这是最值得&实用的一部份之一 因为德国商品上面标的都是德文,不是英文,所以为了以防万一, 我把要买的东西的照片和德文名称通通印下来带去店里,结果还蛮有用的, 因为德文毕竟不太好记 柏肯鞋价差没有很大,重点是冬天时,店家只有极少的存货,没得买 ------- WMF牌的厨具平均比双人牌贵一点,两者都有专卖店or百货公司的专柜, 因为锅子太重了不想背回去,後来我们是买双人牌的刀子 ~twins级的三把刀组,70欧元,蛮好用的~ 双人牌商品系列中有分等级: Professional系列>Five star>twins ---- 2.德国目前是在单一店家买到25欧元以上可退税, 跟台湾一样,架上的商品售价都已含税 (据说巧克力要买到40欧元才可退, 因为每一商品的营业税是19% (很高!所以才要研究退税), 很多巧克力的品牌都是世界通行的,又不好携带, 所以其实巧克力不用买太多,) 因为在机场换现金最多只有10%回来 至於要退到19%全额税金的方法: 在看完 http://www.melonfish.idv.tw/melon_blog/archives/2004/09/ieieecaeaeaeiea_1.htm l 和 http://www.eurotravel.tw/forum/simple/index.php?t12568.html 这两个网站以後,我又询问以确认了以下内容: "是的，商店会开给你tax free的退税单 然後去机场退税盖章 盖完章後，请人拿这那张退税单到原商店， 原商店会以订在退税单後的收据税金计价 而非以退税单上价钱计算 并将所有单据拿走" 因为我一直查不到是否可把单子寄到店家, 请他们退税到阿姨在德国的帐户(户名非消费者我本人), (某版友说,他有成功退税到亲戚的德国帐户过..所以下次再研究吧~) 所以最後我们在阿姨居住的城市买齐所有要退税的商品, 再从机场把单子寄给阿姨请她代领 由以下网站的第一个连结可知,旅馆和搭车的车票都不能退税 http://blog.yam.com/spicyfish/article/3041201 第二个连到的表格,有一些稍微不同的其他版本 (像dm给的就是这种),但是没有关系,重点是它是全德文的@@ ...........................非常纳闷的我,找不到英文档 後来我从官网找到可以copy文字的pdf档 於是我用一开始的网址慢慢贴上来翻译整张表格 http://www.zoll.de/english_version/a0_passenger_traffic/c0_holidays_germany/a 0_tax_free_shopping/index.html 不过像dm的结帐员会直接拿出单子,在商品清单上写说"请看收据"并签名, 你回去只需要填完右边的姓名/地址/号码 剩下就像某前辈说的一样不用太在意,海关看一下就会盖章了 所以其实只要注意这两部份 (某前辈在汉堡某怪店买,该店没有表格,叫他回去自己找表格填, 问起来时又说,不能回去跟店家要税金,因为它们有跟Global Rund合作, 但是又没有Global Refund表格给他 ~~<这点太扯了,我个人觉得是店家偷懒> 最後他用非Global Refund的表格在Global Refund的机场柜台换现金, 所以被扣的比例更高, 应该是剩6%回来~) 在法兰克福机场时,我选择把退税商品装托运那箱,在寄行李时先跟小姐说, 她贴上名条後把那包拿去海关,拿商品和单子给官员看, 盖完章後把商品装回包包,就地给海关送去托运, 附近就有邮筒可寄......过程约5分钟 在德国境内互寄信~贴0.55欧元邮票(需信封可向旅馆柜台拿), 寄回台湾的明信片~贴1欧元 ---- 关於官方表格, 毕竟我都翻了大部份了,所以我把表格内容贴上来: (A) Name/company and address of the supplying entrepreneur (road, house number, postal zip code, place) data for the identity of the customer: - Request of referring to the back consider - name, first name of the customer in the third country Address: Country, residence, road, house number; Passport and/or.
