标题My English is Really Really Good

Hello everyone!
I am a Chinese student from America, so I am a native speaker of English.
Compared to most foreigners my Chinese is pretty good too (obviously because
I can use PPT), but I still have a lot to learn. Next semester I want to take
the TOP Chinese test, so I have been studying very hard.
I have some free time in the afternoons and would like to meet some people
to practice Chinese. I would also be willing to help your English... but
under one of the following conditions :)
1) We had a fair language exchange, where we shared an equal time learning
and teaching. Please don't try to use English to teach my Chinese, and I would
use English to explain English.
2) You paid me as a tutor. I used to be an English teacher before I started
learning Chinese, and my English writing skills are very good. I could help
you write resumes, prepare for tests, or practice interviews. Or just more
basic English.
3) And...if you are a beautiful girl I would speak more English to you haha!
But you would have to be very beutiful, because I am very serious about
learning Chinese, and of course I am also a 帅哥!
