标题[Ask ] Does anyone knows where could practice speaking?

I've found out most of the people on the board practiced English speaking via
Internet like MSN or Skype, but I am not really used to speak without seeing
them. So I am wondering if there were places where people gathered together
and totally speak in English? I can read, I can write, and my listening ability
is not very bad, but not my speaking, really suck! So if anyone know where or
how to improve English speaking very fast without going to extension class,
please tell me.
