Take it easy and be aware of potential probablities for injuries. Most important of all, have patience and keep it as your routine, then its all good. PS. There're lots of gay guys are gym-regualrs, most of the time you dont bother them they wont bother you, its simple. And they sometimes have the best shape, not the straight guy. --
