At 1st it would be gibberish coming out of your mouth. Once you catch the groove, and structure of the sentences, you are on. There's no tip other than saying it out loud. Whatever your pronounciation is correct or not, it doesnt matter. Unless you are writing some compositions, trust me, it'd getting and better and better.
