这两句话看起来相近，但语气与暗示有些差别：
1. He is not taller than me.
「他并不比我高。」
这是最直接的否定句，表示 他没有比我高，可能一样高，或比我矮。语气较中性，重点
在於「没有超过我」。
2. He is no taller than me.
「他一点也不比我高。」
这里的 no 带有更强烈的语气，常带有比较、甚至轻微的否定或贬低意味。暗示「他和我
一样不高」或者「如果我不高，他也不高」。
总结：
not taller = 中性比较，单纯否定「没有比较高」。
no taller = 加强语气，常带「一样不高」或「根本没比较高」的意味。
He is not taller than me.（中性，单纯否定比较）
A: "Wow, he looks tall!"
B: "He is not taller than me. We’re about the same height."
（他没有比我高。我们差不多一样高。）
"My brother is not taller than me, but he’s stronger."
（我弟弟没有比我高，但他比较壮。）
重点是「没有比较高」，语气平实，不带情绪。
He is no taller than me.（语气强烈，带有贬低或强调）
"They say he’s a basketball star, but he is no taller than me!"
（人家说他是篮球明星，但他一点也不比我高！）
暗示：如果连我这种身高都不高，他也一样。
"Don’t be afraid of him—he is no taller than me."
（不用怕他，他根本没比我高。）
暗示：对方没有优势，甚至带点轻视。
可以这样记：
not taller = 客观事实比较。
no taller = 强调「完全没有比较高」，常带情绪色彩（惊讶、不屑、强调公平）。
