Leave without pay就是「留职停薪」，也可以用unpaid leave来表示，两者就字面
上翻译都相当直观，即为「没有支薪的休假」，都属於一般口语的用法。若要用更正式的
词语表示「无薪假，留职停薪」，可以用furlough，读音为 /ˋfɝlo/，动、名词同型。
Pregnant working women are entitled to 15 days of unpaid leave.
怀孕的职业妇女有权享有 15 天的留职停薪假。
Many employees were furloughed during the recession.
许多雇员在不景气时被放无薪假。
