继续来翻译同一篇新闻，

咖啡厅的老板娘，店内还响着背景音乐，而音乐是塔利班所禁止的。
After six days of negotiations in Qatar, the US and Taliban have agreed a
draft framework for a deal which could pave the way for the insurgents to
hold peace talks with Kabul.
经过了6天在卡达的协商，美方和塔利班达成了初始协议，为叛军和喀布尔方面举行和平
会谈作好了准备。
With the US desperate to withdraw from Afghanistan, and the Taliban in
control of vast parts of the country, it is unclear what a post-conflict
government would look like.
美方急迫地想要离开阿富汗，又有大片国土被塔利班给控制着，在这样的局面下，一个後
冲突时代的政府是何样貌，仍是不清楚的。
*在这一段中，desperate to...是形容词片语，用来形容the US；
in control of...是介系词片语，用来修饰the Taliban，是这样吗？
我看到这种句子都要先想一下，总觉得它们好像少了be动词…

2F：推 Adaisatoo: 可用with + O + OC 表示附带状况，这个文法去理解 09/26 22:13
4F：→ Adaisatoo: 把 with...的部分移到句首可以表示强调，或原因 09/26 22:15
