标题[请益] 文中的straight-up Stella是什麽意思?

想请问一下，这段文章中的staright-up查过字典是
used to show that you are telling the truth 真的，属实。
但後面的Stella不是人名吗，为什麽会加入Stella呢?

straight-up Stella.
The process usually involves taking a finished alcoholic beer and stripping
