我反而觉得第一句有问题
sour 当形容词是酸的、当动词是使变酸，但当名词只指某种特殊的饮料
如果是我，可能会写
... so that it won’t be so sour, and there is no need to worry about the conc
entration when the ice melts.
（concentration 可指液体的浓度，冰块融化味道变淡的原因就是浓度问题）
一点浅见供参考！
