标题[请益] unreasonably negative or positive

请问「不合理地」(Unreasonably)这个副词後面应该是接续
负面的形容词还是正面的? 抑或是两者皆可? 例如:
unreasonably dangerous: 不合理地危险的，意指不但是危险的
而且程度高到不合理的程度。
但是可以揭正面的词吗?
unreasonably safe: 不合理地安全的。文义有点奇怪，因为一般
概念上，安全似乎没有上限而越高越好，所以安全性越高应该是
「越合理才是」。
与此相似的还有:
unreasonably + crul/kind
但是如果改接续其他形容词，不合理地这个副词似乎又不必然一定
要限定只能接续负面形容词。例如:
unreasonably + stupid/smart
unreasonably + ugly/beautiful

不过这个的前缀只能是正面的形容词? 例如:
beautifl to a fault <- 漂亮到「坏掉了」 :p 这似乎是用 正面形容+to a fault
这种负面极端对比来得到「极为正面」的特殊修辞法? 这种在修辞学上有专有名词吗?
另外，用这种修辞法的话，程度应该排最高吗? 例如:
very beautiful < extremely beautiful <<<<< beautiful to a fault?
话说，这种要翻成中文怎翻? 直白翻「漂亮到坏掉了」，没有那种美感。
