标题[请益] 澳洲大众运输防疫距离宣导海报文法问题

无意间看到了以下这张照片，

海报是在澳洲滑雪胜地Perisher用来运输游客的Skitube上所张贴
虽然可以猜得出来是一个宣导类似梅花座的概念
但是海报上所写的英文文法我不太懂
"1 Person can be seated On a yellow dot If they live with all
people in the 4 seat arrangement"
想请问的是：
1.句子中的They指的是站在黄点上的人们吗? 为什麽前面用单数 One Person，
後面用复数型的They呢?
2.这里的Live with 该如何翻呢? 一般是"接受"或"忍受"的意思吧? 但是在这里
语意似乎不太通畅?
请问这一整句要怎麽翻成中文比较通畅呢? 谢谢!
