想请问以下对话的意思
Aerith: I've got one (宝石), too.
Cloud: You and everybody and their mother.
Aerith: Not like mine, no. It's special.
Aerith: Mine is not good for anything at all.
请问最後一句的意思是 我的（宝石）一点用处都没有 吗?
