第二句
That's often done in Taiwan and in America.
那在台湾及在美国常有人做。
第三句
But don't use this gesture in France, where it means "You aren't worth anything."
但在法国不要用此手势，在那里，其意思是「你是个废物」
请问各位大大，有人知道第二句That's的缩写吗?
是不是That has呢?
