标题[文法] 省略关系代名词

Q：Which sentence does not need its Relative Pronoun and would still be
correct?
(1) He’s the guy that ate all the cake!
(2) My brother has a computer that he plays with all the time.
(3) She is the lady who likes you.
我个人觉得三句都无法直接省略「关系代名词」，除非原句调整如下：
(1) He’s the guy eating all the cake! (把 that ate 改成 eating)
(2) My brother has a computer that he plays with all the time. (无法省略)
(3) She is the lady who liking you. (把 who likes 改成 liking)
但是标准答案却是(2)？
求解...... 囧。
