标题[单字] conteining的意思

如题
我已经确认过很多次我没有拼错
书上就长这样
这个单字是来自於《The Garden of Eloquence》(台湾有人翻《说苑》)
这本书中Henry Peacham对Epiphonema这个词格下的定义
整段文字是长这样的
Epiphonema is an exclamation of a matter uttered,
or approved, conteining the summe and conclusion thereof.
And first of a matter uttered.
其中conteining这个单字我查了很久找不到意思
不确定是不是contain这个字的误拚
还是是以前的古字
所以冒昧发文请问
