标题[求译] 一段关於在期限内或期限後的疑问

at least 4 h after the completion of the 50th cycle.
请问这边的 after 是当介系词使用没错吧?! 还是连接词?
指得是样品经过第 50 次循环测试之後, 再去做开头描述的voltage test
那我的疑问是
这段话讲的 voltage test 是要在 4 小时内做
还是 4 小时之後?
一般美式英语 如果只说 at least some time
是指这时限之内还是之後呢?
