请问大家一个简单的文法问题

我觉得to buy会是最佳解答
但为什麽答案是(A)？？
详答说to可以省略，真的吗？
还有
为什麽(D)不行？？
为什麽动名词不行？
请知道的人讲解一下

4F：→ RhinoXiNiu: 独立不定词」的副词片语，讨论句子结构的时候可以不 09/08 22:07
5F：→ RhinoXiNiu: 看（因为是副词）。 09/08 22:07
6F：→ RhinoXiNiu: 3「what+人+动词A」+be动词时，後面一定是加to 再加 09/08 22:07
7F：→ RhinoXiNiu: 原形动词B，只不过英式用法保留to，美式通常省略to。 09/08 22:07
8F：→ RhinoXiNiu: 不管省不省略，to的效力都还在，所以动词B一定是原形 09/08 22:07
