标题[文法] 子句省略、倒装

看到一个句子，但解析时无法成功还原(或不确定还原是否正确)，想请教大家的看法
例句：
You will not responsible for the charges should these calls be result of phone theft or similar case
上面的句子应该可拆为两个句子
1. 主要子句：
You will not responsible for the charges.
2. 关系子句(这里不确定)：
The charges of these calls should not be result of phone theft or similar case.
有几个问题想问：
1. 请问关系子句还原的正确吗？
因为关代通常是做受词时可以省略，但如果我这样还原就不是受词了。请问有其他况态可以省略吗？
2. 什麽时候可以使用类似的倒装 (在这里算倒装吗？) 是否有其他例句可以参考？
