标题[文法] 请教一段话的不定词

She tries to make it beaytiful,
so [she's planted] terrs and flowers,
and she also has a nice,green lawn.
书上的中文翻译:
他试着美化庭院，
因此她种植了许多树木和花卉，
而且他还有一片美丽又翠绿的草坪。
框起来的地方是疑惑点。
记得正常情况下，一个句子只能有一个主词+动词。
请问:
1.She's planted << 有两个动词? She's应该不是所有格吧?
2.如果用 She is to plant(原形动词) << plant变成名词，好像又不太对?
3.为什麽不直接写 She planted...就好?
再麻烦大家解惑了，感谢!
