在阅读文章时发现这段：
Of the companies visiting this website and providing input to the tool 34% are
not involved in open innovation at the moment.
想请问把of放到句首的这个用法是倒装的使用吗？
以及这句翻译起来的意思是：34%有浏览该网页并有投入於此工具的公司并没有参与开放
式创新。
不晓得理解有没有错误？
