标题[文法] 请帮忙确认英文动词时态造句

最近在努力搞清楚动词时态该怎麽用，
尤其是过去完成式.
以下句子都是类似意思，
都想表达Tina决定去日本工作这件事。
用了不同写法，想请问有没有错误？
1)When I met Tina yesterday, she had already made up her mind of
working in Japan.
2)Yesterday Tina told me she had made the decision of
Working in Japan next year.
3)Tina has made up her mind of working in Japan.
4)Tina decided to work in Japan.
