标题[文法] 请问此句中的working该怎麽解释用法

空格内的答案为working，请问该如何解释此种用法?
是动名词吗?
还是名词子句?
还是只是单纯的动词字尾加上ing变成形容词修饰overtime?
直接写上答案很不难，但要变成文字解释有点不知道该怎麽叙述
